I have been practising physiotherapy for over 25 years and continue to be fascinated by the human body and how we move. Sometimes I think it is truly miraculous how much is working well. When it’s not, I enjoy the challenge of helping to identify the “why?” My approach is very hands on, employing manual therapy techniques, dry needling, education, and corrective exercise prescription. The goal is always to see some immediate change after treatment and to provide you with the tools to manage and build on that change.
